A figure arrives out from the intense colour storm. The model's features are unmistakable as she looks out directly at the viewer through dark eyes with slightly parted lips. She is distinguishable from her surroundings – but only just. We can recognize her, yet we are unsure of where she lies within the work. Is she emerging from the swathes of purple, blue and orange – or being enveloped into them?
